配送ポリシー

  • Orders will be shipped on the same day or the next day, except on holidays and weekends.
  • For orders from overseas (excluding Japan), shipments will be made from Monday to Friday.
  • In the event that a package is returned during international shipping, the order will be considered canceled and only the product cost will be refunded, unless there is a special reason.
  • Due to the high risk of issues with international shipping, we recommend using local retailers if you cannot frequently (at least once every three days) check the tracking number.
