Please read the following disclaimer carefully before purchasing or using this product. By using, installing, or modifying this product, you are deemed to have agreed to all terms of this disclaimer.
1. 製品の性質とメーカー保証の消滅 / Nature of the Product and Voiding of Warranties
本製品は、ユーザー自身がデバイス本体（以下「本体」）に取り付け・加工を行うためのカスタマイズ用パーツです。本製品の使用は本体の改造にあたり、メーカーの保証や修理・交換対応が一切受けられなくなる可能性があります。取り付けは全てユーザーの自己責任において行われるものとし、当社は本体の保証状態や修理体制について一切の責任を負いません。
This product is a customization part intended for installation and modification by the user. The use of this product constitutes a modification of the original device (hereinafter referred to as "the device"), and may void the manufacturer’s warranty, repairs, or replacement services. Installation is performed entirely at the user's own risk. We assume no responsibility for the warranty status or repairability of the device.
2. 性能および動作の非保証 / No Guarantee of Performance or Operation
本製品は、本体の性能、精度、または動作の完全性を維持・保証するものではありません。装着後の動作安定性や、特定の目的への適合性についても、明示的・黙示的を問わず一切の保証をいたしません。
This product does not guarantee the maintenance or integrity of the device’s original performance, precision, or operation. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding operational stability after installation or fitness for a particular purpose.
3. 免責の範囲 / Scope of Liability
当社は、本製品の使用に関連して生じた以下の事象を含む、直接的・間接的な一切の損害について、法令により認められる最大限の範囲において責任を負いません。
・本体への傷、本製品の破損、表面コーティングの剥がれ、変色。
・内部基板の不具合、コネクタ類の破損、センサー動作の異常、チャタリング、その他製品本来の性能の低下または喪失。
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of this product, including but not limited to:
・Scratches to the device, damage to this product, peeling of surface coatings, or discoloration.
・Internal board failures, damage to connectors, abnormal sensor behavior, chattering, or any other degradation or loss of the device's original performance.
4. 法令遵守の責任 / Compliance with Laws and Regulations
本製品の使用、取り付け、および改造行為が、居住されている国、地域、自治体の法令、条例、公的基準（電波法、道路運送車両法、その他の規制）に適合するかどうかは、お客様自身の責任で確認・判断するものとします。万が一、お客様が法令違反に問われた場合や、第三者との間で紛争が生じた場合でも、当社は一切の責任を負いません。
It is the user's sole responsibility to ensure that the use, installation, and modification of this product comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and public standards (such as Radio Laws, Road Transport Vehicle Acts, or other local regulations) in their country or region of residence. We shall not be held responsible if the user is found in violation of any laws or becomes involved in disputes with third parties.
5. 責任の制限（賠償限度）/ Limitation of Liability
本製品に関連して当社が法的責任を負う場合、いかなる場合においても、当社の賠償責任は本製品の購入代金を上限とします。
In no event shall our total liability related to this product exceed the purchase price paid for this product.
6. 現状渡し / "As-Is" Provision
本製品は「現状有姿（As-is）」で提供されます。製品の仕様は予告なく変更されることがあります。
